Your coaching solution will be specific to you and what you want to accomplish. It will be structured, yet flexible.

To get to know you, I may ask you to perform some assessments or share information from prior assessments. This gives me a foundation from which we can continue your development.

Threadline’s ideal client is passionate about the art and science of leadership. They understand that work and life behaviors and experiences are integrated.
Title does not matter. Clients range from 5 to 40 years of work experience.

There are a lot of unknowns when we begin a coaching relationship - for both of us. Putting an arbitrary timeframe on something I do not understand is inconsistent with Threadline’s core values.
You will have milestones to track your progress. They provide confidence that the process is working.

My obsession is for clients to meet their goals. Prompt feedback is always welcome, especially if you aren’t satisfied.
When you complete your second hour of coaching, if you determine I am not the best coach for you, I will allow you to terminate your coaching contract and will refund 100% of your payment.
Package details and pricing
Threadline’s personalized coaching packages include:
6 hours of personalized coaching. Coaching sessions are at least 1 hour in duration but can be longer if desired. We meet at least two times per month to build momentum.
Support outside of coaching sessions such as support calls, emails, and collaboration on shared documents
10% Continuous Learning Rebate: Clients who purchase 24 hours of coaching in a 12-month period will receive a 10% rebate
Risk-free Start: If you do not find that we are delivering the value you deserve, please provide me with feedback so I can adjust to meet your needs.
If, after two coaching sessions, you would like to exit your coaching contract, I will rebate the full cost of your coaching package
Pricing for six hour coaching packages
Below are typical prices for my packages using commonly used titles. We will discuss pricing based on your specific situation:
$1,200 for clients in the Emerging Leader tier, typically individual contributors and Managers
$1,500 for clients in the Senior Leader tier , typically Directors and Vice Presidents
$2,500 for clients in the Executive Leader tier, typically Senior Vice Presidents and C-Suite roles
